Directives to temporarily avoid large crowds and gatherings are not exactly what an event company that specializes in large attendances wants to hear…But we are confident that with all the precautions and proactive steps being put into place, the United States will come through.

Flexible Change Policy
Compass Rose has always had and always will have a very flexible change policy and we are using that now to assist our clients with March and April events reschedule to summer and fall.

 

Dates will Sell Out Early
With many spring events postponing to summer or fall, dates are filling up and we we will sell out sooner than in years past. For companies that typically host events in the summer and fall months, consider reserving your date as soon as possible.

Even Safer Events
Compass Rose is also preparing event enhancements such as additional handwashing stations, staff served buffets and event entrance procedures to assist clients in meeting the specific safety and security needs of their events.  Our experienced Project Managers can discuss all the options with you.
