Meet the Southwest Team
As we prepare to open our third delivery center in the Dallas-Fort Worth region we thought we’d take the time to introduce key members of the Southwest Team, please meet:
Patricia Ernst has held a vast presence within the Sales Department at CRE through the years, providing her experience from every perspective. She has been a Senior Project Associate, Regional Project Manager, and the Director of Support Services; she recently returned to the role of Project Manager and will be relocating to the Dallas-Fort Worth region to handle the day-to-day management as the Texas Site Manager. As Project Manager, her region includes Dallas-Fort Worth and Oklahoma.

Michael McBride joined the CRE team in 2015 and has over seven years of experience in the event industry. Since his introduction into Event Sales, Michael has taken great pride in delivering first class customer service while paying close attention to every detail. As a Project Manager, his region includes South and West Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, and New Mexico.
Amanda Shepley joined CRE in 2016 as an Event Manager. In her rookie season with Compass Rose Events, she quickly established herself as a dedicated team member and earned the title, Event Manager of the Year! Amanda’s goal oriented and self-motivating qualities led to her recent promotion as the Texas Operations Coordinator. She will be relocating to the Dallas-Fort Worth region in Texas to help facilitate CRE’s westward expansion. A road warrior at heart, Amanda is always up for the next adventure.
