Hilary is an accomplished event planner with more than ten years of experience in both coordinating and managing the deliveries of top-notch events. A perfectionist at heart, Hilary takes great satisfaction in providing nothing but the highest standards in customer service to our clients. Hilary’s strong sense of professionalism and her ability to craft long-lasting relationships with the people she works with are just two of the many qualities that make her an invaluable part of the Compass Rose team; she truly understands our clients and their needs.
Hilary is a graduate of Maryville University in St. Louis, MO, and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and information systems. In her free time, Hilary enjoys traveling, spending time with her son Charlie, her niece and nephew and watching her favorite MLB team, the St. Louis Cardinals.

Brett Ernst, Senior Project Manager
Brett has been in the Event Planning and Production industry since 2008 and has an extensive background of designing custom tailored events for groups from 300 all the way up to 26,000 guests! His main focus is the Mid-West Region and he truly understands how to provide uncompromised client care, taking time to clearly understand his clients vision for their event and custom tailoring Compass Rose Events capabilities to meet and exceed the client’s expectations for every event, every time!
Born and raised in Saint Louis, Missouri, Brett has always stayed close to his Mid-Western roots. He graduated from the University of Missouri and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and currently lives in Maryville, Illinois with his wife, Erin and sons Jude and Andrew. When he does have free time, Brett enjoys playing golf and rooting on his Mizzou Tigers and Saint Louis Cardinals, Rams and Blues!

Alexandra Curatolo, Senior Project Manager
Alexandra is a client favorite! Her professional nature and commitment to understand and produce her client’s vision has made her one of our most successful Project Managers. She has organized and managed all types of events including corporate events, triathlons, marathons and volleyball tournaments. Her goal is to make each of her events a huge success that is unique to her client’s corporate culture and tailored to fit their individual needs.
Alexandra was a scholarship college volleyball player at St. Leo University in Tampa. She relocated to Nashville to work for Compass Rose Events and in her free time she enjoys traveling, family time and movies at home with her husband.
