Project Associate Coordinator

Stephanie began her career with Compass Rose Events in 2013 as an intern, gaining hands-on experience across multiple roles and growing alongside the company. Her strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to bridge sales and operations led her to the Project Associate Coordinator role where she oversees and manages the team of Project Associates. 

On a day-to-day basis, Stephanie assists with client requests, prepares detailed event documentation, and works behind the scenes to ensure every event runs seamlessly. Her long-standing tenure with Compass Rose Events and deep industry knowledge also makes her one of our trusted large event leads.

Stephanie graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a bachelor’s degree specializing in hospitality and tourism management.  She’s lives in Syracuse, NY with her husband, Andrew and their fur babies, Maui and Cowboy.  She enjoys hiking, spending time with family, and traveling.
