Marketing and Communications Associate

Ryan is a Houston, Texas native with a passion for creativity, connection, and compelling storytelling. She graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications, where she built a strong foundation in social media strategy, brand development, and visual design.

Prior to joining Compass Rose Events, Ryan gained hands-on experience working with multiple marketing agencies, where she collaborated on diverse client accounts and sharpened her skills in digital strategy, content creation, and brand storytelling. These experiences strengthened her ability to approach projects with both creativity and strategic intent.

She joined Compass Rose Events as the Marketing and Communications Associate, bringing a fresh perspective, thoughtful design sensibilities, and a deep understanding of digital engagement. Ryan is excited to support the team by elevating the CRE brand and helping share the memorable experiences the company creates across the country.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys Pilates, traveling with friends, and trying the newest restaurant in town—always finding inspiration in new places along the way.
