With over five years of experience in the Special-Event Planning Industry and a robust background in Recreational Management, Ron has been a driving force at Compass Rose Events (CRE) since 2022. Initially joining as a seasonal event manager, Ron quickly showcased his exceptional skills and dedication, leading to his roles as a project manager and a key player in staffing and recruiting. His unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding events has been instrumental to CRE’s success.

Ron’s passion for teaching has now found a perfect outlet as he takes on the role of training event managers at Compass Rose. A proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Ron holds a bachelor’s degree in Recreational Management. Born and raised in Wisconsin, he later moved to Tennessee—a decision he proudly claims as the best he has ever made.

An avid outdoors enthusiast, Ron spends his free time camping, kayaking, hiking, and enjoying various sports. His love for the great outdoors is matched only by his dedication to his family. Despite his move to Tennessee, Ron remains a true cheese-head at heart, embracing his Midwestern roots with pride.
