Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Randy brings over a decade of experience in managing sales teams to Compass Rose. After relocating to Nashville in 2015 for a career change and to immerse himself in the vibrant music scene, he found a perfect blend of professional growth and personal passion.

A devoted father to his son, Eric, and daughter, Dalila, Randy cherishes his time with his kids, often incorporating travel into their adventures. In his free time, he plays guitar in a dance rock cover band and enjoys attending songwriter nights around Nashville, where he continues to cultivate his love for music.

At Compass Rose, Randy appreciates the company’s unique, one-stop-shop approach, which allows him to provide exceptional service and solutions for clients. Day to day, Randy introduces Compass Rose’s event services, and generates appointments with large U.S. corporations using email, phone marketing, and Salesforce. He is excited to be part of a team that is dedicated to making a real impact.
