Business Development Representative
Jeremy is a 2018 graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Management. After graduation, he spent five years in Colorado, building his career in hospitality and tourism sales before expanding into corporate BDR work supporting the public sector.
He eventually moved back to Tennessee to be closer to family and soon discovered Compass Rose Events—drawn to the opportunity to sell experiences that bring people together and the simple joy of helping clients create meaningful, memorable events. Now a proud North Carolina resident, Jeremy continues to contribute to CRE’s mission by connecting organizations with unforgettable employee experiences.
Outside of work, Jeremy is an adventurer at heart. He’s passionate about the outdoors, especially exploration‑driven and adrenaline‑focused activities. He’s a climber, kayaker, skier, scuba diver, and a soon‑to‑be surfer. In recent years, his love for adventure has taken him beyond the U.S., where he continues to explore new terrain, discover new cultures, and chase new challenges.
