Vice President of Sales

Hilary is an accomplished event‑planning and sales leader with more than nineteen years of experience coordinating and managing high‑impact events for clients across diverse industries. A perfectionist at heart, she is known for her unwavering commitment to excellence and her ability to deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.

Hilary joined Compass Rose in a Sales Assistant role, and over the years worked up to Regional Sales Director where she successfully led a multi‑state sales team and strengthened key client relationships. In 2025, she transitioned into the role of Vice President of Sales, expanding her impact by shaping strategic growth initiatives, mentoring sales teams, and elevating the client experience on a national scale. Her deep understanding of CRE clients and her relationship‑driven approach continue to make her an invaluable part of the Compass Rose executive team.

Hilary is a graduate of Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and information systems. She currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with her husband, Mike, and their children—Jack, Wyatt, Charlie, and Blake. Outside of work, Hilary enjoys traveling, cooking, and practicing hot yoga.
