Erika’s journey into event planning began in high school, where she actively contributed to the planning committee for various events. This early exposure ignited a lifelong passion for organizing and coordinating, eventually leading her to manage company events for her previous employer. In 2024, Erika joined Compass Rose Events as a Business Development Associate and swiftly transitioned into the role of Project Associate. In this capacity, she collaborates closely with the sales team, ensuring every behind-the-scenes detail is flawlessly executed for each event.

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Erika has traveled the world, immersing herself in the beauty of diverse cultures and landscapes. Now residing in Nashville, TN, with her husband Joseph and son Clayton, she continues to nurture her love for travel. In her leisure time, Erika enjoys baking, reading, and exploring new destinations.
