Originally from Toronto, Canada, she relocated to Tennessee in the fall of 2024 and has enjoyed embracing her new home while continuing to build meaningful connections both personally and professionally.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has a background in healthcare and medical insurance. Prior to joining the team, Dana worked for a county-based health insurance organization where she partnered with the Department of Human Services and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Working under the Chief Information Officer, she helped maintain security access across the organization and participating counties, ensuring systems remained secure and members could access the care and support they needed.

Throughout her career, Dana has been driven by a genuine desire to help others. Whether supporting clients, collaborating with colleagues, or streamlining processes behind the scenes, her focus is always on making life easier for those around her and ensuring everyone has the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring her new community, and keeping up with her energetic puppy, Biscuit, who is always finding new ways to keep life interesting.
