Business Development Representative

Braxton joined Compass Rose Events in 2025 to continue growing his sales career and help create memorable, large-scale employee events for companies across the country. With a strong background in customer service, he enjoys building relationships and partnering closely with Project Managers to connect with organizations and understand their unique event goals. He’s passionate about being a resource for clients and helping bring their ideas to life.

A Nashville native, Braxton graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in December 2022 with a degree in Marketing. He was excited to return home to be close to friends and family. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends, cheering on the Vols, and traveling to new places whenever he gets the chance.
