Ashleigh joined Compass Rose Events in 2026, bringing her passion for people, relationship-building, and creating meaningful connections. With a background in sales, marketing, business development, and networking, she has a natural ability to build rapport, connect with teams across the nation, and turn conversations into opportunities to bring joy to companies and communities.

A proud military kid, she was born and raised in Texas but also called Oklahoma, North Dakota, and Tennessee home along the way. She went on to attend Middle Tennessee State University, where she studied Liberal Studies, and has since made Tennessee home. When she’s not building connections at Compass Rose Events, you’ll likely find her cheering on her three boys at a baseball field or basketball court, getting creative with a DIY project, shopping, or enjoying a walk in nature with her dog. She’s a big Tennessee Vols fan and loves making memories with her family, exploring the outdoors, and finding time for the things that keep her creative and connected.
