Alexandra Farmer

Regional Director

Alexandra joined the CRE team in 2012 as a Project Manager Trainee, concurrently serving as an Event Manager across a wide range of live events. She currently serves as Regional Director, where she partners closely with her sales team to drive performance, develop talent, and deliver exceptional client outcomes. Alexandra is deeply committed to mentoring her team and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

With extensive industry experience, Alexandra brings strategic insight, operational excellence, and a client‑first mindset to every engagement. She has successfully led and executed a diverse portfolio of events, including large‑scale corporate programs, triathlons, marathons, and athletic tournaments. Her approach ensures every event is not only operationally sound, but thoughtfully aligned with each client’s corporate culture, objectives, and brand vision.

Alexandra holds a degree in Communication Management from St. Leo University, where she attended on a volleyball scholarship and competed at the collegiate level. Outside of work, she is married with two children.
