Strong Staffs Lead to Successful Events

Compass Rose Events strives to produce our events with the best staff possible, while maintaining a sense of community. One way that we are able to do this is by partnering with local high school and college student organizations to assist in the delivery of our events. We work in conjunction with athletic teams, bands, choral groups, student civic organizations and JROTC groups to ensure the success of our events from set up, through the event run, and takedown. In exchange for their support, the group will receive a donation for their organization. These funds are used for a variety of reasons such as mission trips, field trips, and new uniforms and equipment.

Our clients enjoy supporting the local organizations as a means of serving and connecting with the community. This opportunity to give back provides them with a way to continually interact with these organizations throughout the years.

The leaders of the student organizations appreciate the fundraising opportunities Compass Rose Events provides and enjoy allowing the students to participate in their local community in a meaningful way. It’s a great team building exercise as the organization works together to accomplish a common goal of creating a successful event.
