Kelsey Ladd

Project Associate

A Nashville native, Kelsey joined Compass Rose Events in 2024, beginning her journey with the team as an Event Manager. With a natural ability to step in wherever needed, she has worn many hats—including serving as a Lead, Chef, and most recently supporting the 2025 season as Assistant Staffing Coordinator. Known for her adaptability and collaborative spirit, Kelsey is excited to continue growing with Compass Rose as Project Associate for the 2026 season.

She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Music Business and a minor in Tourism and Hospitality Management. Throughout high school and college, Kelsey discovered her passion for event management through active involvement in student organizations, where she helped curate and execute a wide range of events. Her background in hospitality, combined with her hands-on event experience, allows her to bring both creativity and organization to every celebration she supports.
