With over 20 years of experience in the corporate event industry, Sarah brings deep institutional knowledge and a behind-the-scenes perspective that helps Compass Rose Events deliver seamless client experiences. Her work spans the organization, where she supports employee relations, branding, and standardization initiatives while driving efficiencies through improved processes, technology, and tools that support scalable operations and strategic growth.

A graduate of Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio, Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in theater and stage management, along with a minor in business administration. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and two children. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys volunteering in her community, binge-watching British TV, cooking, and traveling with her family.
