A career with Compass Rose Events typically begins with a position as a Seasonal Event Manager or Chef.  We typically hire and train these positions in April and May each year. We look for outgoing, energetic team-players, ideally with sales, leadership, hospitality and/or food service skills. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and a licensed driver. They will interact with our corporate customers and supervise a staff of 20-100+. Each week they’ll travel to a new location to oversee employee and/or family style events with an average of 500+ attendees.

With all Compass Rose positions weekend work and frequent travel out of town with an overnight stay should be expected. Compass Rose Events is an equal opportunity employer.
