Business Development Representative

Stacey joined Compass Rose in 2025 as a Business Development Representative, bringing a strong background in public relations, business administration, and real estate. Her entertainment and hospitality experience from working at the Grand Ole Opry and Opryland, USA. She served six years in the Army including time as an enlisted soldier, and later, an officer in the Adjutant General Corps. People are her passion. She treats every customer as a life-long friend with a never-ending friendship. Stacey believes in under-promising and over-delivering.

Driven by a desire for excellence, she has a commitment for standing by her word and delivering results. She is a team-player and a trust-worthy partner.  Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University where she completed ROTC. She graduated number one in Army Basic Training and served during the Gulf War.  She held leadership roles in many clubs and extracurricular activities. She played leading roles in musicals and participated in many talent shows. Stacey played co-ed softball, and belonged to the Zeta Tau Alpha women’s fraternity whose motto is “Seek the Noblest,” which continues to be her motto today.

Stacey’s greatest treasures external to her career are God, her family, her boyfriend, her friends, two French bulldogs, music, and Tennessee Volunteer football.
