Danielle McMullin, Vice President of Operations

With over 10 years in the hospitality and restaurant industry, Danielle understands the inner workings of delivering a successful event. She started with Compass Rose Events as an event manager and worked her way up to managing the Tennessee Operations center. She has had her hand in all areas of event implementation but still manages to get out on event sites, which is one of her favorite things to do. Danielle’s ability to multi-task and problem solve has helped her to manage a successful event delivery season, with many more to come!

Danielle is a graduate of Texas State University and has a bachelor’s degree in Communication. She is originally from Texas, but has worked for Compass Rose Events in Virginia and Maine, and has finally settled in Murfreesboro, TN. Additionally, Danielle works as a certified wedding planner. She enjoys cooking and playing golf with Jeff, her husband, in her free time.

David Cellon, Staffing Coordinator

David is committed to providing the best Volunteer Staffing opportunities for the events we run across the country. With years of non-profit experience, he understands the importance of giving back to the community and the impact of fundraising for these groups. He is dedicated to serving the Volunteer groups with clear communication, guidance and encouragement. The importance of relationships between our Volunteers and Compass Rose Events sets us apart in the industry.

David grew up in Gainesville, Florida and currently lives in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. He graduated from Davidson College in North Carolina with a degree in sociology. He has traveled extensively and enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is a passionate cook and constantly seeks out the best local ingredients from the Nashville Farmer’s Market. As a long term Nashville resident, he spends much of his time enjoying the great variety of music the city has to offer from honkey tonk clubs to the symphony.

Jarron Curatolo, Warehouse Manager

Originally from upstate New York, Jarron spent two tours of duty spanning seven years in the United States Navy where he maintained fuel and engine systems on the Boeing F/A-18 Super Hornet variant of aircraft. Following his naval service, Jarron relocated from his duty station in California to Nashville, Tennessee to be closer to family. At this point, Jarron discovered Compass Rose Events. Jarron has been employed with Compass Rose Events for two years now. He originally began his career here as the repair and maintenance technician but now oversees the warehouse operations in our Nashville location.

In his spare time, Jarron enjoys a quality hike with his dogs, the occasional music festival, and spending time with his family and friends. He is also currently enrolled full time in an IT Bachelor’s program in Information Systems Security.

Noel Pipkin, Senior Operations Manager

Working behind the scenes to successfully produce an event is what Noel does best. He has over 10 years of producing various events, from picnics to concerts. He started out as an Event Manager almost four years ago at Compass Rose Events and has held multiple different positions within the company. In November of 2015 he was promoted to Event Manager Coordinator overseeing all of the company’s Event Managers. One of Noel’s favorite aspects of the job is still to go and lead a large event.

Noel is a graduate of Belmont University, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Music Business.  Hailing from the great state of California, Noel enjoys water sports like surfing, snorkeling and stand-up paddle boarding. In his free time you can find him playing soccer or enjoying a concert at one of the many great music venues in Nashville.

Meredith Parks, Event Coordinator

Meredith is an accomplished event planner with more than five years of experience in both coordinating and managing the deliveries of top-notch events. A stickler for details, Meredith takes great pride in providing nothing but the highest standards in customer service to our clients. Meredith’s strong sense of professionalism and her ability to develop long-lasting relationships with the people she works with are just two of the many qualities that make her an invaluable part of the Compass Rose team; she truly understands our clients and their needs.

Meredith is a graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. In her free time, Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband, Randy, and daughters, Charleigh Anne and Zoe, traveling across the nation and cooking.
