Event Managers

Event Manager responsibilities include event set up and take down, client interaction, event staff management, quality control, problem solving and on-site vendor coordination. Event Managers handle all entertainment and logistical aspects of the event site and are face-to-face with the customer on delivery day. They continue Compass Rose Events' high standards of customer service, professionalism and safety.

We are seeking outgoing, energetic team-players, ideally with leadership, hospitality and/or food service skills. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, a licensed driver and willing to drive 24’ delivery trucks. They will interact with our corporate customers and supervise a staff of 20-100+. Each week they’ll travel to a new location to oversee employee and/or family style events with an average of 1000+ attendees. This is a seasonal job with training beginning in May. Weekend work is a must as most corporate events happen on Saturdays and requires travel out of town with an overnight stay on a weekly basis. Event Management is a physical job with a great deal of outdoor exposure.
